Carmen Miranda and Don Ameche star in this upbeat musical centered on a rowdy New York speakeasy filled with memorable characters, such as blowhard manager Danny O'Mara, songwriter Kenneth Harvey and fortune teller Princess Querida. Each one of these show folks pursue their individual dreams of success and fame amid an entertaining backdrop of ballroom dancers, tap dancers and nightclub comedians.
