Detective Jake Gorsky (David Hasselhoff) is on the trail of terrorists who have triggered mass hysteria in the Big Apple by bombing its bridges. Soon, Gorsky realizes he's not dealing with political criminals but with bank robbers who are using the explosions to mask their heists. The mastermind is Mr. One (Miguel Fernandes), a man so greedy and dangerous he's willing to sacrifice human lives to line his wallet with money. Can he be stopped?
