When young ex-convict Eddie Dolan (Billy Crudup) is released from prison, he really wants to make a fresh start -- and the only person he can turn to is his older brother, Terry (Paul Schulze). Terry and his wife, Janey (Adrienne Shelly), lovingly open their working-class New Jersey home to him. But when Eddie and Janey begin spending too much time together, their lust for excitement shakes up the whole family.
