Masato Harada's sci-fi film paints a bleak and depressing future where cyber-criminals plan on world domination with the help of a gigantic robot called Gunhed. The creation of a dangerous computer, Khyron 5, Gunhed looks certain to wreak havoc on the planet -- that is, unless a band of scientists and techno-wizards are brave enough to take on the robot and put themselves on the line for mankind's future.
