Paris provides the gritty urban backdrop to this film noir classic starring Dane Clark as a gangster trying to flee the city while being doggedly pursued by the police force. Simone Signoret plays the unwitting ex-girlfriend who gets caught up in the action. Directed by studio-era heavyweight, Frank Tuttle, who's known for his trademark crime thrillers, this rare gem was restored from its original fine grain 35mm print.
