After losing her police badge over a scandal, tough cookie Danielle Roberts (Sally Kirkland) becomes a private investigator. But when her client is murdered, she finds herself thrust into a seedy world involving Chinese gangsters and a mysterious missing jewel. Now she must deal with a host of brutal underworld criminals as dead bodies start turning up all over the West Coast. Robert Forster and Wings Hauser co-star in this crime drama.
