Gypsy Eyes

Harry Noble (Jim Metzler) is a government agent forced to evade a group of crooked diplomats selling illegal arms after they assassinate one of Harry's friends. His most important resource is a young Romanian gypsy woman named Katarina (Claire Forlani, in one of her earliest movie roles), who witnessed the murder. With her help, Harry races to bring down and expose the criminals before he's forced into "early retirement."
