Kelsey Grammer reteams with "Cheers" creator James Burrows to bring this one-season ABC sitcom to fruition, starring as Hank Pryor, a former Wall Street CEO who's forced to adjust to a middle-class life when he loses his job. After relocating his wife, Tilly (Melinda McGraw), and their two kids (Macey Cruthird and Ryan Wynott) to the sleepy town of River Bend, Hank must find a way to the make the best of his new downsized lifestyle.
