Based on the story of real-life train robber Harry Tracy (Bruce Dern), this Western follows the legendary outlaw who, after pulling off a series of heists, heads to Oregon to meet the woman he loves: Catherine Tuttle (Helen Shaver), a judge's daughter. But soon he finds himself pursued by numerous posses and government forces. Joined by Catherine, Harry attempts to outrun the massive manhunt. Michael C. Gwynne and Gordon Lightfoot co-star.
