Mental patient and likely serial killer Stephen Koenig (Page Fletcher) becomes obsessed with part-time waitress and law student Emily Watson (Nicolette Sheridan), whom he claims to have known in a past life. It's up to detective Jack Cobel (Anthony Lemke) to discover the motive for Koenig's fascination and save Watson -- with whom he's fallen in love -- from any danger.
