This engaging film chronicles a visionary program at the University of Florida's Shands Hospital that encourages patients to incorporate various forms of artistic expression into their recovery from illness. Poet John Fox helps patients transform their thoughts into poetry; a dance therapist uses music and movement to assist those in chronic pain; and other artists work side-by-side with doctors to help patients on their journey to healing.
