Shyam (Sunil Shetty) travels to Mumbai for a job in the same bank where his father worked. But Anuradha (Tabu), the daughter of an ex-employee of the same bank, has set her sights on the same job. Sounds like a load of trouble, until Shyam learns that Anuradha must work to support her sick mother and siblings. Gallantly, he steps aside … but that's not the end of this heartwarming, comical story.
