Paula Hernandez directs this foreign-language drama set in Buenos Aires in the wake of World War II, the story of an aging Italian immigrant (Rita Cortese) and a young German (Adrian Witzke) who are brought together by a mutual search for true love. On the surface, they have nothing in common. But the unlikely friendship that forms between them reveals striking similarities when it comes to matters of the heart.
