Mobster Lee Sam (Kiu Wai Miu) doesn't waste time; once he's sprung from jail, he immediately tracks down his enemies so he can make them pay for landing him in prison. Sam hides out in Taipei, but his buddy Billy (Ka-Kui Ho) has a mean streak that gets him in trouble. Sam retreats to a fishing village, where he meets a young woman who nabs his heart. But she's the sister of Crow (Max Mok), who's determined to follow Billy's treacherous ways.
