A gullible young warrior seeks to redeem himself in this kung fu classic from legendary martial arts filmmaker Cheh Chang. Following the burning of the Shaolin Temple, Fang Shih-yu and Hung Si-kuan fight for freedom, but the devious Gen. Che Kang tricks Fang Shih-yu into turning against his fellow warrior. Realizing his mistake, Fang Shih-yu leads a bloody assault to free Hung Si-kuan -- and sets up a final confrontation with the evil general.
