Upon their release from a mental institution for psychiatric treatment, Gabriel (Pablo Echarri) and Sergio (Federico D'Elía) decide to launch a crime wave that is designed to cripple societal structure and bring the government to its knees. When the typical law enforcement agencies fail to get a handle on the situation, the Bureau of National Security recruits Jorge Romans (Héctor Alterio) to quell the chaos and take the madmen down.
