Not be confused with Ken Loach's 1990 political drama, this direct-to-video thriller opens with former government agent Jason Price (Dolph Lundgren) protecting a top-level mobster-turned-informant. When a mysterious assassin kills Price's charge, he goes to the FBI for help -- only to learn that the agency is involved in the assassination plot. Price then embarks on a one-man cross-country manhunt to track the killer.
