After three tries, Laxmi (Nutan Behl) hasn't been able to provide her husband (Pran) with a child, leaving her to watch in dismay as he marries another woman. Complications arise, however, when Laxmi and her spouse's new wife (Bindu) give birth to sons about the same time -- and Laxmi's infant is kidnapped. Anil Kapoor, Ashok Kumar and Kader Khan also star in this 1987 Bollywood drama helmed by Prayag Raj.
