Michael Landon plays Jonathan Smith, a jack-of-all-trades who's not only handy with a hammer but also with the spirit. That's because he's an angel sent by God (aka The Boss). With the aid of ex-cop Mark Gordon (Victor French), Smith is on a mission. He wants to help those lost find their way back, and if his charges need a little spiritual boost, Smith's right there to provide some solid guidance.
