Romance goes awry in this thriller. Newlyweds Ted (Anthony Michael Hall) and Eve (Sheryl Lee Diamond) find the perfect new home, which includes a soundproof rec room in the basement. Weeks later, Ted gets into a car wreck, and Eve discovers he wasn't the only person in the car: Ted has a girlfriend. Eve decides to get even and imprisons Ted in the soundproof basement.
