Hilarity ensues in a German prisoner-of-war camp when a ragtag bunch of POWs -- led by charismatic American Col. Robert Hogan (Bob Crane) -- try their best to thwart the Nazi war effort. In the show's third season, Hogan convinces his captors that the war is over; a monkey from a nearby zoo comes to play; and the gang contributes to the pending invasion of Normandy with a scam that involves Col. Klink (Werner Klemperer).
