This star-studded morale booster tells the tale of a sailor (Robert Hutton) who stays at the title club on three days' leave. While there, he falls for performer Joan Leslie (as herself), and a host of Hollywood celebrities conspire to get them together. Many Warner Brothers stars appear, including Bette Davis, John Garfield, Barbara Stanwyck, Jack Benny, in a violin duel with Joseph Szigeti, and Roy Rogers, who debuts "Don't Fence Me In."
