Aging actor Clark (Patrick Labyorteaux) manages the Hollywood Palms apartments and deals with his neurotic tenants, including Blair and her ex-hubby Jeff, who must live together due to finances. Obsessive Jeff seethes over Blair's new guy (Judge Reinhold) and another admirer, while down the way, rational Phoebe tries to keep her crazed roommate under control. There's no telling what will happen as tensions reach the boiling point at the Palms!
