Honeybee

Brianna (Senait Ashenafi) is a young African American college student who drops out of school -- against her father's (James Avery) wishes -- to pursue her dream of making it as a professional boxer, despite being a complete novice at the sport. Though she faces strong disapproval from her family and friends, Brianna finds support in the form of her trainer and earns the opportunity to prove her skills to the toughest critic of all -- herself.
