In Horror High, a picked-on science student uses an experimental chemical to fuel his rage-filled killing spree. In Lurkers, a troubled woman is lured to a haunted apartment building where she suffered unspeakable horrors as a child. The first feature in this fright-full double bill stars Austin Stoker and Pat Cardi, with direction by Larry N. Stouffer; the second stars Christine Moore and Gary Warner and is directed by Roberta Findlay.
