Dez (Len Cordova) is a webmaster who discovers that the Web site horrorvision.com holds an ominous power -- anyone who has the misfortune to log on is not long for this world. After his girlfriend, Dazzy (Maggie Rose Fleck), and his photographer, Toni, both fall victim to the mysterious online force, Dez and a strange character named Bradbury join forces to put a stop to this murderous reign of cyber terror.
