When three young Americans (Lauren German, Bijou Phillips and Heather Matarazzo) take a break from their international studies and check into a Slovakian hostel, they have no idea they've entered a chamber of horrors, where, for a price, wealthy psychopaths can live out their most gruesome fantasies. Jay Hernandez reprises his role as Paxton -- albeit briefly -- in this sequel to the hit gore fest about waking up to your worst nightmares.
