California's 2003 gubernatorial recall race pitted megastar Arnold Schwarzenegger against 135 candidates (including a porn star and 1970s child star Gary Coleman), all vying to unseat Gov. Gray Davis. This entertaining film follows the political circus -- from Schwarzenegger's "Tonight Show" candidacy announcement to his paparazzi-packed events and acceptance speech -- and features footage from the surreal game show "Who Wants to Be Governor?"
