A millionaire playboy named Rishi (Fardeen Khan) and his friend (Apoorva Agnihotri) both fall hard for a simple girl named Chandni (Reema Sen). In a brutal rebuff, Chandni agrees to marry another man (Mahesh Thakur). But Rishi is desperate to have her love and changes his philandering ways. With two attractive options before her, Chandni must decide whether she wants a predictable life with her fiancé or a wild ride with Rishi.
