A team of students travels to a remote Arctic research station where scientists have inadvertently awakened a prehistoric race of monsters that have been lying dormant in the pack ice for millions of years. The beetle-like creatures have set about sucking the life out of every person on the station, and the students may be next, unless they can find a way to stop them. Better watch out -- this frost has bite!
