The closing film of the 39th Annual New York Film Festival won Jean-Luc Godard praise for a sporadic work that uses both 35mm black-and-white film and color digital equipment. Filmmaker Edgar (Bruno Putzulu) is casting for the part of the leading lady for his next film and is enchanted by Elle (Cecile Camp), whom he's certain he's met before. Eventually, he recalls where he met her, via a vivid flashback sequence.
