Director Sean Meredith's mockumentary poses the question of what would happen if residents of Northern and Southern California brought about a war -- against each other. In this fictionalized account of an actual civil war, inhabitants of San Francisco and Los Angeles have finally had enough of each other, and their hatred has suddenly turned deadly.
