Robert Urich stars as Jack Bauer, a businessman who unwittingly becomes entangled in a rash of citywide kidnappings when he finds clues leading to one child's abduction. A girl's doll found abandoned in the subway becomes the symbol for one mother's (Megan Gallagher) missing child as Jack looks for answers. His search leads him to an unexpected conspiracy involving a gruesome subculture in which innocent children are sold like cattle.
