The unstoppable female super-cop Madam Yeung (Cynthia Khan) is back, on the trail of a bystander who witnessed a murder in America and has fled to Hong Kong -- and may hold the key to unraveling a CIA drug ring. Yeung teams up with local cops (Donny Yen and Michael Wong) to crack the case, but all players are not who they appear to be -- and she soon finds herself running for her life. Woo-Ping Yuen directs this action-packed sequel.
