In a tale taken straight from the FBI's files, a pair of bank robbers (small-screen veterans David Soul and Michael Gross) goes on a crime and killing spree, turning a tranquil Florida town into a hub of terror. When the agency sends its best and brightest after the murderous duo, more mayhem ensues, culminating in the biggest shootout in FBI history. Ronny Cox, Doug Sheehan and Bruce Greenwood play the good guys.
