A tragic death brings five old friends back to their hometown for the funeral of one of their own. They all decide to spend the weekend at a favorite childhood vacation spot . but what they don't know is that a strain of mutant flies has taken over the house where they're staying! One by one, the five friends are consumed by the vicious insects, which lay their deadly eggs within their hosts' bodies.
