When a gang member dies of AIDS in an London prison, Inspector Morse (John Thaw) and Sgt. Lewis (Kevin Whately) hop a plane Down Under to interview a key police informant -- now living in Australia -- whose dodgy testimony sent the man up. But when the Aussie police run interference and the wife of the now-missing informant refuses to reveal his whereabouts, Morse must pull out all the stops to ensure that justice is done.
