United States Postal Inspectors Alex Urbina (Jonathan Silverman) and Frank Hughes (Louis Gossett Jr.) return in this sequel based on true stories. This time, they have their eyes on a murderous con man named Joe (Michael Madsen), who steals more than his victims' identities and maxes out credit cards. Can Urbina and Hughes nab their target before he kills again? Brad Turner directs while Greg Thirloway and Samantha Ferris co-star.
