Rohit and Meghna (Manoj Bajpai and Isha Koppikar) have won scholarships to the College of Fashion and Design in Dalhousie, where a recent spate of murder and rape cases has the local police baffled and concerned. When the two women arrive in Dalhousie, they encounter many eccentric characters, including a cop (Om Puri) and a reporter (Akash Khurana). Meanwhile, the serial killer continues his rampage; will anyone figure out his identity?
