When terrorists plan to destroy an American city with a secret weapon stolen from the government, a computer engineer accidentally takes possession of the coded disk they need to use the device. But when the authorities prove to be no help, he turns to a disgraced FBI agent to expose the nefarious scheme. John Will Clay co-directs and stars in this action thriller that also features Ashley Morgan and Bret Hopkins.
