Actor Tom Slade's (Anthony Michael Hall) next role is that of a jet pilot, and the Air Force assigns Capt. Paul Watkins (Michael Paré) to show him the ropes. But when a skirmish breaks out, Watkins is forced to take Slade into an actual combat zone. Face to face with the enemy, Slade has to prove he's got what it takes to act the part of a soldier -- for real. Deborah Moore, Michael St. Gerard and Terry Kiser co-star.
