When corrupt government official Minister Cheng (Jang Lee Hwang) frames army general Chow Lu Fung (John Liu) for murder, the innocent man goes on the run in pursuit of the real killer (Hoi Sang Lee), but Cheng's henchmen are hot on his trail. While hiding from the authorities, Chow learns the Iron Armor technique of fighting -- but his enemy has mastered the practice. Fight choreographers Biao Yuen and Corey Yuen also appear.
