When a small fortune in bonds go missing and a banker turns up dead in his hotel, bellhop Buzzy O'Brien (Frankie Darro) -- son of a cop -- offers his assistance to bumbling detective Steve Lanahan (Dick Purcell), who is assigned to the case. But when Lanahan fingers Buzzy's gal Kitty (Sheila Darcy) for the crime, the amateur sleuth hides her away while he sets out to solve the crime himself. Howard Bretherton directs this fun whodunit.
