Retired Air Force General Charles "Chappy" Sinclair (Louis Gosset Jr.) starts a flight school for troubled teens in this fourth installment of the Iron Eagle movie series. After making an emergency landing on a deserted Air Force base, the kids stumble on a sinister plot to wage chemical warfare against Cuba. They soon discover that the Air Force itself is the enemy as they battle to stop the conspiracy before it's too late.
