Paralyzed by a sniper's bullet, San Francisco police chief Robert T. Ironside (Raymond Burr) becomes a private detective and special consultant to the SFPD and continues taking down the city's worst criminals in this classic police drama. Aided by streetwise bodyguard Mark Sanger (Don Mitchell), Ironside also turns to former co-workers Ed Brown (Don Galloway) and Eve Whitfield (Barbara Anderson) for help with his cases.
