The world that filmmaker Solomon Mortamur paints in this eccentric comedy is peopled by characters worthy of a sideshow: Keystone Kops-type law enforcers, stranger-than-strange aliens, ego-driven musicians and bumbling terrorists, to name a few. But it all comes together in a strangely intoxicating brew -- one that details the off-the-wall events that unfold decades after a UFO lands in the town of Trafalgar.
