Searching for a long-lost relative, British tourist Laura Barkley (Judy Geeson) arrives at an isolated Spanish hotel run by two deeply religious spinsters (Aurora Bautista and Esperanza Roy). When Laura's behavior arouses the innkeepers' ire, she discovers that her hosts share a sinister secret. To her horror, she realizes that the disapproving sisters have a deadly plan to permanently correct her shortcomings in this creepy Spanish thriller.
