Navy Cmdr. Harmon "Harm" Rabb (David James Elliott) and Marine Lt. Col. Sarah MacKenzie (Catherine Bell) continue their work investigating, defending and prosecuting military crime in the fifth season of the popular series. They deal with the fallout after a lieutenant mistakenly fires on a car full of Russian peacekeepers while under Harm's command, and Harm defends the son of the secretary of the Navy, who's accused of disobeying an order.
