Major Kaul (Amrish Puri) and his men rescue Anita (Reema Sen) from militants in New Zealand. Ajay (Sunny Deol), son of the major, is in love with Neha (Tabu), who's a teacher and a widow. Kaul wants Ajay to work with him in New Zealand, but Ajay doesn't want to leave Neha. The point becomes moot, however, when Neha is kidnapped by the same militants who snatched Anita.
