When poor Bombay cab driver Ronnie (Dev Anand) finds Santho (Hema Malini) lost and penniless after a robbery, he takes her in. The two soon fall in love and want to marry. But there's trouble in paradise when Ronnie sees Santho dancing in a brothel. Shocked and feeling betrayed, Ronnie vows to get to the bottom of Santho's double life. Directed by Chetan Anand, this classic Bollywood drama co-stars Ajit, Premnath and Paintal.
